 The
Diamond 52 DTRD is a 52" high full-service dual-temperature
3-level case that allows operation for both refrigerated
and dry. The Diamond 49 DTRR case accomodates the need
to store product at two different refrigerated temperatures,
so you can keep food fresher, longer without the compromise
that leads to premature dry-out.
The straight-back design accomodates a very large
volume of product.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Aluminum frame; levelling legs; Series 300 stainless steel interior;
epoxy paint upper structure; anodized aluminum trim; .25 tempered shelf
and end glass; tilt-out front glass std.; lights with spectrum sleeves
on all shelves; 3/4" plywood finish millwork; self-contained (R134a)
with hot gas evaporator or remote. Refrigerated cases are fitted with
a defogging system which will keep front glass free of moisture, engineered
to operate optimally in a controlled environment not exceeding 75° F
and 55% relative humidity. ETL Sanitation Listed to NSF Standards 2
and 7.
