Design Technologist
PRIMARY ROLE: To
create/ provide design packages including drawings and bill
of materials for current projects.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design of showcase components
- Drafting-AutoCAD
- Creation of BOMs
- Generation of custom parts lists
- Creating .dxf Files for
CNC machining
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Technical Diploma and 1-2 years practical
experience
- Must have current AutoCAD skills
- Must have knowledge of
MS Office
- Knowledge of 3D drafting considered a strong asset
PERSONAL
ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage and complete
multiple and unpredictable workloads
- Detail oriented
- Clearly written and verbal communication
