 The
Omega SSS offers great flexibility for many different
operations. It is a 54" high
full/self-service combo case – essentially two
cases in one. The upper case has tilt-out glass with
rear sliding doors, and the bottom case is open for grab'n'go
convenience. Both can be refrigerated or you can choose
to have a dry case over a refrigerated case.
- 2-level lower and 2-level upper display
- Maximum 75 degrees Fahrenheit; maximum 55% relative
humidity
- ETL Sanitation Listed to NSF 7
